Had the new York strip with mashed potatoes and veggies. It was well seasoned juicy and amazing. The house salad with the house made ranch was amazing. Service was amazing and fast.

I love Uprooted. The main dining area is like a quaint dining room. The service has always been friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Did I mention I love this place?

I have a rare metabolic condition that makes it real difficult to find places that will accommodate all my medical dietary needs. I was so excited to have several options and our waitress, Julia would check the kitchen often to make sure the food could be made in a way I could eat it. The food was amazing, the waitstaff was amazing and we were checked in on often to make sure everything was well. They even made me a great mocktail! I can’t wait to come again. It’s so nice to feel included in dinners

The food was delicious! Decent prices too, and good size portions. Shrimp boil, chicken marsala, a steak salad, and the lobster roll. Curb appeal is lacking and interior atmosphere seemed dated, wasn't my personal favorite. But the food is great and I will definitely be coming back to try more

I have been here twice. Once out for a dinner date and once with the family. Both times were amazing. Staff is exceptional and food is phenomenal. Hidden gem I never would have guessed was there. McHenry semi casual fine dining experience. The salad cart where they make you a customs salad at your table is so fun and a great addition to dinner.and the dessert shooters are delicious. Just a tip. Try anything with pesto. Theirs is pretty much the only one my husband and I have ever liked.

Uprooted was a delightful surprise. It is so much more appealing on the inside than it is on the outside. The menu, service and food were excellent. It is a bit pricey and worth every penny. The carnivores in my party dined well and as a vegan I was was surprised by the variety of choices. The vegetarian sample platter was tasty and filling. The carrot ginger soup was exquisite and the mobile salad cart with personal service was fun and well stocked. One in our party had a dessert which was beautifully served in a tiny glass which showed its attractive layering.

The food was great, service pretty nice. The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but pretty nice inside. Calm atmosphere for a nice relaxing dinner. My favorite part was the drinks guy with a cart giving a quick speech on the liquors they offer. Oh, and the hibiscus flower is the most delicious part of the yummy martini, a must try!
